With over 700 hours of training in Bali, Costa Rica and London, I guide mindful, energizing practices that honour our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, my classes are an invitation to come back to the body, play and explore. Through mindful movement, breath and meditation, we begin to tune inwards and understand that every goal is achievable with proper guidance, self awareness and rest.
