Ayurveda is an ancient system of beliefs based on rebalancing one's mind, body and spirit through a holistic approach.
According to Ayurveda, each person has a unique mind-body-spirit framework that requires individual care to bring health, energy and resilience to their life.

In my classes and workshops, we explore the five elements of Ayurveda through breath work, intuitive movement practices and meditation.

Yoga & Meditation Classes
